Payment (Employees and Students):

The Winchester School District participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program. Under the program all children enrolled in the Winchester School will receive a free breakfast and lunch.

There will be no charging of food or drinks. Full payment is expected at time of purchase.

A la carte items are not part of the CEP Program and must be purchased.

Checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF):

When a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, a letter will be sent from the Business Manager requesting payment for the NSF. The form of payment must be cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Payment must be received within ten (10) days of the letter. An overdraft fee of $15.00 will be added to the total bill.
