Winchester School Board Goals

2025-2026

  1. The school board will seek to increase retention of professional staff through feedback sessions involving staff satisfaction surveys conducted in December and March.

  2. The school board will support student achievement by receiving reports 3 times a school year on student academic progress by monitoring local and State assessments in ELA and Math.

  3. The school board will work to increase community engagement by contributing to a section in the principal’s monthly newsletter.
