The Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. by Chair, C. Duquette

Board Members Present: V. Cole, B. Moser, C. Duquette, G. O'Neal, C. Thompson

 BOARD BUSINESS:

Budget Discussion:

Dr. C. reviewed the information that would be presented to the budget committee. Discussion was had concerning the Team Chair foe Special Education. The $150,000.00 in projected SPED cost for the 2007-2008 was also discussed.

At 6:20 pm., G. O'Neal made a Motion to enter non-public session. The Board held a role call to enter non-public session. B. Moser - yes, C. Duquette - yes, G. O'Neal - yes, V. Cole – yes, C. Thompson.

At 6:49 pm. B. Moser MOVED to re-enter public session. The Board held a role call to re-enter public session. B. Moser - yes, C. Duquette - yes, G. O'Neal - yes, V. Cole, C. Thompson.

B. Moser MOVED to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 pm; SECONDED by: V. Cole, VOTED: 5-0, MOTION PASSED.
