Winchester Band Calendar of Events, 2008-2009 School Year

Mark your calendars now! 

All concerts take place at 7 PM in the Gym.  Band members should arrive at 6:40 for warm-ups and tuning. 

Rental Night: Friday, September 4^th, 6:30-7:30 in the Middle School Cafeteria.  All students interested in joining Beginning Band this fall should attend with their families. 

Chamber Music Night: Thursday, October 30^th.  Concert band ONLY.

Winter Concert:  Thursday, December 11^th.  All bands and choruses will participate.

Snow date for the Winter Concert: Thursday, December 18^th.

Concert Band Trip to Applewood:  Tuesday, December 16^th.  The bus leaves Winchester School at 9:45 AM and returns at 11:00.  Concert Band ONLY.

Chamber Music Night:  Wednesday, February 18^th.  All band students will participate.

Spring Concert. Thursday, May 14^th. All bands and choruses will participate.

Memorial Day Parade. Monday, May 25^th, 10 AM.  All band students will march!

Concert band field trip: June, Date TBA.

Eighth Grade Graduation: Last week of school, Date TBA.  Concert Band ONLY.
